Race Distances: This event will be a 300 yard pool swim, 15 mile bike and a 3 mile run.

Awards: Awards will be given in the 5 year age groups. Overall male and female and Masters male and female will receive special awards. Clydesdale and Athenas will be awarded top 3 in each division.

Directions: College of the Mainland is off of I-45 South (Gulf Freeway). Take (exit 16) Emmett F. Lowry Expressway towards Texas City, you will also see signs for the College of the Mainland. Take the Amburn Rd. exit and take a right to the college parking area.

Sanctioning: This event is USA Triathlon Sanctioned. You must have an Annual Membership or a One Day Membership($10) to race. You can obtain an Annual Membership at packet pickup or by going online to www.usatriathlon.org. One Day Memberships will be available at packet pickups.
Race Day Age and USAT Rules: You will be ranked according to USAT Guidelines. You will race the age you will be on December 31, 2010. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in the correct wave start for that age group.
